Return within 7 days of Purchase

• Returns We do our best to provide you with the highest quality cigars, leaf’s, wraps in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.
• Every shipment is inspected for quality and undergoes a series of several spot-checks by our shipping staff for accuracy and quality but in the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days* of receipt of your order.
• Simply, contact Customer Service by emailing our team of customer service representatives will guide you through our easy return process.
• Upon completion of the return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). It is important that you write this number on the outside of the package to ensure accuracy upon receipt of the return.
• Please take note that returns take 7-10 business days from receiving a return to process.
